Vesania – an exotic planet in Astroneer. Bright and slightly challenging for survival, it has its own moon called Novus orbiting around it. Lush clouds, dense atmosphere, and a wide variety of organic resources make it relatively easy to explore with a shuttle at the early stages of the game.
The primary ores on Vesania are Titanite and Lithium. Titanite can be found in mountains and underground near the core, while Lithium generates in nearby caves, requiring minimal time to locate.

Activating the core of Vesania: GRAPHENE
Information and activation of Vesania
Vesania features six Gateway Chambers (portals) located at the poles and the equator. To activate the planet’s core, at least one Gateway Chamber needs to be activated. Once access to Vesania’s core is granted, you can embark on a journey to the core using two Graphene. By using two Graphene, you will obtain two Geometric Triptychs. Place one in the core and take the other to an unknown satellite.
- Solar power: Low
- Wind power: High
- Is the soil drillable?
To drill the soil on Vesania, you need to create a Drill Mod or install a Drill on a Rover.
- How to activate the blue things (Gateways) on planets?
These are Gateway Engines, and they require 16 units/second of power to activate. You can use 4 RTGs as a power source.
- How to activate Vesania’s core?
1-Activate at least one Gateway Chamber on the planet.
2-Reach the core and insert one Graphene into it.
3-Obtain a Geometric Triptych from the Graphene.
4-Place the Geometric Triptych on the opposite side of the core in the socket (on the ceiling).
5-To progress through the game’s storyline, create another Geometric Triptych and place it on an unknown satellite in space.
